A Fit & Flare NYE?!

Hello!  Can you believe 2014 is around the corner? Well I am ready for a fresh start.  One thing I’m remembering as we go into 2014 is, those who want to be in your life will be and even when it’s difficult, they’ll find a way.  With this, I’m thankful for family, few close friends I have, the new friends I’ve made from blogging, and also thankful for the toxic relationships no longer in my life.

What are your New Year eve (NYE) plans?  Although I live in Texas, I’ll be in Austin, another Texas city.  I chose to pack this fit & flare dress as a NYE option because it’s a nice mix of not casual yet not too dressy because being in another city and not knowing the exact plans, I thought it’d work with various plans.  I thought the shimmer in it was a nice touch for NYE.  I added the colored necklace to enhance the blue, a black clutch and black shoes to complete the feminine look. By the way, fit and flare dresses are flattering and great for hiding hips when needed yet accentuating the waist.
